To "let Go" is not to try to change or blame another, it's to make the most of myself.

To "let go" is not to judge, but to allow another to be a human being.

Blame

We live in a country where it is normal to impart blame on someone, whether it be corporate blame or individuals. Accidents, however dreadful, are just that accidents, but we have to find someone or something to blame. When we blame some one for our mistakes or lack of action, we are handing over our power to a third party, it disempowers us.

The opposite of blame is taking responsibility for actions, words or inactions. By being responsible for ourselves puts us in control. We learn by making mistakes, but living in a blame culture will stop us from achieving and reaching our full potential. A Coach will hold you accountable for your words and actions in a supportive way to enable you to take full control of your life.

“Being quick to shift responsibility to others and not myself was easy to understand but not acknowledge whole heartedly. With Liz’s help she made me realise the true implications of attempting to be responsible for others around me, instead of actually being responsible for my own actions.”
